Terry and Nick’s journey started in one place, moved to another, and then ended up in Hawaii, where they got engaged. Being family-oriented meant creating a wedding that was extremely intimate, casual, and comfortable, with lots of quality time. The vision was to have a giant group trip that they just happened to also get married at. So, having the wedding in Hawaii made sense as it held a special place in their hearts and gave their guests who hadn’t been there before a chance to experience what they loved about it.
The wedding was carefree, relaxed, and easy. It started with a barefoot beach ceremony with waves crashing in the background and tropical greenery. An intimate tent setup allowed everyone to feel like one group and enjoy the first dance and subsequent dance party together. Tropical vibes radiated throughout the wedding from the fresh coconuts to pineapples, a surfboard guest book, rattan lighting, and Hawaiian lei. The epic setting, abundant candlelight, and tucked-away location created the perfect atmosphere for a joyous day. This is their Hawaii destination wedding story…
“Jamie did an amazing job as our wedding planner. She was super organized, friendly and thoughtful. Our wedding ran smoothly on schedule and we had an amazing time. Even our parents commented on what a great job she did. We couldn’t recommend Jamie more!”
