Karen and Andrew were high school sweethearts who even went to the prom together! They are both easy going, laid back people who love music, being outdoors, burning man and video games. They wanted a wedding that was fun and different and Cornerstone Sonoma was the perfect venue with its gardens, outdoor sculpture and fun, artsy vibe.
Their wedding was fun, non-traditional, a little hippie and with lots of personal details like the hand made signs, funky LED votives, polaroid photo booth with lots and lots of props, ceremony wands, a large structure for lounging in, stainless steel cups that functioned as the seating card, favor and beer glass and a sweet ceremony with musical contributions from their friends. This is their wedding story…
“Our wedding was fantastic! I know most people probably say that about their weddings, but everything really ran smoothly. We worked with Jamie for well over a year and she guided us from concept to execution of the entire wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, nor did our family or friends have to do anything other than enjoy themselves. Jamie killed it on the day-of and I think a lot of what made that easier is the fact that she had worked with us for over a year and knew everything about the event and knew us as well. I love that she gets that the wedding is really whatever the couple wants, whatever represents them and she works to make that happen. Most importantly, she was just a pleasure to work with. It felt effortless and easy to communicate with her, because she really does love what she does and it shows”
