Christine and Nick met at a house party, which is fitting because they are quintessential hosts who always care most about their loved ones having a good time. They had been together for 10 years and weren’t in a rush to get married, but when they were ready, the goal was to bring together the people they love and see them have a great time with each other. To throw a giant party that happens to have the theme of “we’re getting married”. After much searching all over the country for the perfect location, we ended up in the Utah desert. Being Burners, the desert felt like home, and the secluded location meant they had the place to themselves.
The 4-day wedding experience was full of adventure (the choose your own kind), casual quality time, interactive activities, and partying into the morning. There were lots of food favorites, a day on the water, personalized mugs, a communal canvas, drone racing, crossword puzzles, rock painting (also place cards), ATV and slot canyons, campfires, star gazing, an intimate tea ceremony, non-traditional wedding party attire, potted plants, a canyon cliffside ceremony, surprise framed photos and an eclectic design of rich colors, metallics, sunrise neutral tones, geometric shapes and patterns. This is their Utah destination wedding story…
“Jamie is a hustler and a professional, in the best interpretations of each of those words. She helped us turn our fuzzy, vague handwaves about “vibe” and “feel” of our ideal wedding, and turned it into the most incredible (wedding-themed) 2-day, 3-night party we’ve ever thrown. Whatever roadblocks get thrown into your way, she plows through and *makes it happen*. Some of the planners we met early in the process felt like they’d plan a beautiful event, but one that aligned with *their* aesthetic and needs (or a particular trend’s), rather than ours. Jamie and her team made *our* dream reality (and added so many wonderful touches along the way!), and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.”
