On the first day of Christmas, Mango Muse Events gave to me…

The Gift of a Team

Wedding planning can be hard and when you have to do it alone, it makes it even harder.  But, you know what makes wedding planning more joyful?  Doing it together.  You both are getting married, you should both be involved.  Now, I know some partners (guys in particular) tend to either not care or aren’t interested, but this wedding isn’t just about one person, it’s about two people coming together and sharing their love.  Wedding planning should be similar, two people working together as a team.  And like with any team, two heads and two sets of hands make for lighter work.  Lighter work means less stress and more joy.  How you divvy up the responsibilities is up to you and it doesn’t have to be even, but you love each other and want to help each other out, right?  Sharing the load will make life and planning happier for you both.  And the bonus is that you get to do something together!  You get to create this wedding together, just like you’ll create your life together.  And what isn’t joyful about that?
