Chateau Destination Wedding in Loire Valley
Hello from Loire Valley! I’m out of Paris for a little bit for a destination wedding I’m putting together for my make believe couple Jasper and Camille. Let me tell you a little bit about them. Jasper is British and a historian, Camille is American and a biology professor. They met while studying abroad in France and loved it, so when they got engaged, they knew they had to have a destination wedding in France. They love the beauty of the Loire Valley and it’s proximity to Paris, giving their guests the chance to experience both. They are getting married at Chateau de Jalesnes, a historical chateau dating back to the 1600s. It’s almost completely newly renovated, keeping both the charm of the Chateau with the modern amenities of today. And you can not only have a wedding there, but stay there as well (the Chateau can hold up to 40 people).
I’m super excited about our destination wedding today and about all the vendors that are a part of our team. It’s crazy busy here, but check out my instagram feed for some behind the scenes photos of what will be happening today. For a sneak peek of the venue, check out some photos below.
