2015 SAG Awards Wedding Inspiration
We’ve shared our fashion picks from the Golden Globes and now it’s time for the SAG Awards. As always, these are our favorites not just for their beauty and interest, but because they can be such great fashion, decor, and beauty inspiration for your wedding. There wasn’t a major trend going on at this awards show but instead, every lady was rocking her own image, which I totally loved. So without further ado here are our 2015 SAG Awards wedding inspiration picks from the red carpet.
First up, Jennifer Aniston is looking super sexy in this body hugging vintage Galliano. The style is bit too risque for a wedding, but the vintage print and black and nude colors are awesome. Some great ideas for your wedding decor with this one.

The past couple seasons of award shows has proven that pregnant women are also super glam and Keira Knightley doesn’t disappoint in this detailed violet Erdem number. I love the combo of the sheer fabric and the lace as it provides nice texture and visual interest. This is great inspiration for your wedding attire (bridesmaids or even the bride) because it’s beautiful and flattering (hello pregnant woman). And let’s not forget her super cute half up half down hair style and eye-catching makeup.

Julianna Margulies’ vibrant blue Giambattista Valli is so super fun. The dress is everything all at once – demure at the top, sexy on the bottom and artistic in the middle. While the style might be too much for most brides, consider going for a dress with more structure, you might be surprised. And the bright color is a definitely a fun pop you could use at your wedding.

Game of Thrones is awesome and so is Maisie Williams in this sweet red lace gown by Self Portrait. It makes me think of springtime and the color, the style and the lace would be so great for an outdoor wedding.

I am totally digging Maggie Gyllenhaal’s Thakoon dress. While this isn’t a wedding dress, the white of course makes me think wedding. There are so many wedding dresses that look the same, why not go for something a little different? The long sleeves, sleek shape, and detail at the bodice is just elegant.

Hello yellow! We saw yellow at the Golden Globes and Uzo Aduba looks like a winner in this Angel Sanchez dress (and she won!). It’s form fitting, but the lines are so elongating and she looks amazing. I also love the pattern and can totally see this popping up at a wedding in the decor or invitations.

I love green, it has a special place in my heart. So, I’m in love with Julianne Moore’s Givenchy Couture gown. The silhouette is simple and the beading is great, but what makes this is the color. And I must say the color is particularly nice on her because of her red hair (gingers take note!). But if emerald green doesn’t suit your skin tone, think about it for your wedding design. It’s lush, elegant and rich.

Lupita Nyong’o always stands out on the red carpet and she totally wowed me in this printed Elie Saab. It’s fun, it’s colorful and it’s take notice without being garish and her hair looks amazing! I could totally see some amazing wedding attire inspiration coming from this whether that be the stripes or the watercolor, but even more so, I see some really great event design. The lesson here is don’t be afraid to mix up your colors and texture.

Last but not least, my girl Emma Stone. She’s is the queen of doing her own thing and I love love love it. This Dior Haute Couture number is amazing. It’s chic and pulled together, but so much fun. While black is always seen on the red carpet, it’s not always present in weddings. Embrace black and use it in different ways, sheer, flowy or structured.
