The Conservatory of Flowers
Happy belated Valentine’s Day! I hope you all got to spend some time with the loves in your life (whether romantic or not). Our Valentine’s day was nice and mellow which was great since it’s been a crazy week which culminated in the Beyond Blu Bungalow venue tours a couple of days ago. As we mentioned in previous posts, the tours gave couples a special experience into some great San Francisco wedding venues in Golden Gate Park. So, in our find of the week, we want to share with you the beautiful Conservatory of Flowers which is a wonderful place to get married. Not only do you get access to the actual greenhouse and it’s beauty, but the beauty of the outdoor space and blank slate with the Orchid Pavilion. I apologize for the amateur photos (and not all inclusive), but hopefully, you’ll get some of the magic and design that can take place in the different event spaces.
A glowing ceremony setup by Kaella Lynn Events which also doubled as a runway for a wedding gown fashion show by Kinsley James.
A seating card display designed by yours truly. Our inspiration was a fake couple (an artist and a pianist).
One of my three tables, each with a slightly different painting and a different collection of florals. This one was the white table with red florals.
Table number two was a black table with white florals.
And table number three was a black table with a combo of white and black florals.
A table designed by one of my colleagues, Chantal Events who did a fun black, graphic set of tables. My picture doesn’t do it justice, but it was cool.
And another colleague, Every Elegant Detail who worked on the lounge setup with some fun florals! I couldn’t get the whole set up in a shot, but it was nicely soft and rustic.
Pretty fun right? I’m sure I’ll be sharing more professional photos as those come available, but the Conservatory of Flowers is fun and magical wedding venue and has so much potential. Definitely a great place for a memorable San Francisco wedding.
