Wedding Wednesdays Q&A: How To Handle the Wedding Limo

Wedding Wednesdays Q&A by Jamie Chang Destination Wedding Planner of Mango Muse Events
Welcome to a new month in this new year and a new Wedding Wednesdays question!   This week we’re talking about the first look and the wedding limo:  I decided that I want to do a first look because I want to have some time to be with my fiancé before the wedding.  We’re planning on doing it at the hotel we’re getting ready at, but what I’m wondering is if we are supposed to arrive separately to the church?  Or since we’ve seen each other already, do we ride together in the wedding limo?

So, you could really go either way with your wedding limo.  If you want to save some money, it will be more cost efficient if you ride together.  Unless you were planning on getting two limos anyway (so that you could have one to yourselves after the ceremony), it’s cheaper if you just ride in the one.  But, if you like the traditional aspect of arriving with your girls and the guys coming separately so that you can have almost another first look (shall we call it a second look?) during the wedding ceremony, you can certainly do that instead.  It’s totally up to you!

I will say that there is something nice about arriving separately so that you have some time to yourself or with your dad or just with your girls in your wedding limo.  It builds up the excitement and when you see each other for a second look, it feels new all over again.  But, more time spent with your love is never a bad thing either.  You can’t go wrong either way!
