2013 Grammys Wedding Fashion Inspiration

We’ve got more awards fashion inspiration for you, this time from the Grammys!   Musicians aren’t usually the most elegantly dressed, but they have character and funk.  It’s fun seeing what they will wear because it’s always interesting.  We picked out just a couple of our Grammys wedding fashion inspiration picks to get your creative juices flowing and hopefully inspire you for your upcoming event or wedding.

Rihanna’s red hot dress was just the right amount of sexy.  I personally am enjoying both the color and the criss-cross of the sheer fabric.  While this might be a little risque for your ceremony, it could be a great wedding reception dress.

Florence is a sight to see in this emerald green gown.  It’s shiny and glittery, but with the spikes, totally rock and roll.  It reminds me slightly of a dinosaur, but in a way that I totally dig.  While perhaps not quite right for a wedding dress, don’t be afraid of using emerald green or having some 3D shapes in your wedding design.

So, I don’t usually single out any men in these fashion picks just because most of the men at these awards shows either look normally good or not good.  They end up in the middle and just don’t stand out as much as the women (sorry men!).  But, Nas here surprised me.  I’m enjoying the mix of the  antique gold blazer with the standard white and black.  It’s different and surprisingly elegant and cool.  Men take notice!  You don’t have to stick with white and black or gray or khaki.
