Inspiration Mondays: It Is Up To Me

Today’s inspiration comes from a person very dear to me, my recently passed Uncle.  He was a very sweet, generous, selfless and inspiring man.  He came from humble beginnings, but worked hard and created not only a thriving business, but also a wonderful life with his family.  One of the things he always tried to instill in his many nieces and nephews (including myself) was to shoot for the stars.  He is such a role model and today’s inspiration is dedicated to him.

He had a saying that he is well known for because he preached it and lived it absolutely.  It’s just a simple 10 word saying, but it inspires one to strive to be more; to be better and do better not just for oneself, but for others as well.  I love you Uncle Tai Yau and I’m so thankful to have known you.
