SAG Awards Wedding Inspiration

It’s award season and I’ve started a bit late but fell totally in love with some dresses on the red carpet.  Checking out awards red carpet is such fun inspiration for brides and bridal party attire (dresses, jewelry, shoes), hair and makeup or even wedding design.  Today, we’re sharing some SAG Awards wedding inspiration.

First off, Rose Byrne.  I didn’t like this at first, but then I did a 180 after I realized it was because of her hair (too severe) and not the pantsuit.  I could totally see a non-traditional bride pulling this off down the aisle.  Yes, it’s a pantsuit, but it glows, it has texture, it drapes so nicely in the front and it is so feminine.  It’s fun and different and you could totally dance the night away in this.

Julie Bowen’s dress was eye catching partially because of the style (sexy low back), but what did it for me was the color.  For some reason, I’m really into these vibrant purples lately (check out the current flowers on my desk!)  While this color isn’t for everyone, there is a certain playful sexiness about it and would be so beautiful in a wedding design.

And last, but not least is Emma Stone.  I love this girl, she just rocks and her dress was rockin!  Intricate and delicate, but with strong lines and body.  I saw this and thought it would make for a beautiful wedding dress or bridesmaids dress.  I’d keep it in black though, it makes it less frilly and more sophisticated.  Her jewelry is pretty awesome as well and she makes me want to be a redhead (look at that hair color!).
